Thanks to the care and enthusiasm of our colleague, the flower bed in front of the TVM entrance has been transformed into a small, colorful oasis.  Lavender, roses, ornamental grasses, and fragrant Mediterranean herbs now welcome everyone who arrives, delighting the eye and filling the air with their scent. Thank you for the time, energy, and heart that have been invested in this place. It is wonderful when a working environment is made more beautiful by people who truly care about it.

We are pleased to announce that we are opening a new gym today, exclusively for accommodated guests at TVM Tower. Come and work out in our new gym located on the 1st floor of the building and enjoy active relaxation during your stay. A self-service printer is now available on the ground floor of the TVM Tower building. The service is open not only to our guests but also to the general public from the surrounding area. What we offer You can easily print: black & white documents color documents Printing and payment are handled conveniently via the application, so everything can be done quickly and without unnecessary waiting. Need assistance? Our reception staff will be happy to help you with using the printer.

From 1 February 2026, a new barbershop – BARBERlab – will open in the TVM TOWER building. BARBERlab will offer comprehensive men’s styling services in a pleasant and stylish environment that combines modern design with traditional barber craftsmanship. Clients can look forward to an individual approach, precise workmanship, and attention to detail. The range of services includes professional men’s haircuts, classic and modern hairstyles, straight razor shaving, beard trimming and colouring, as well as special combined hair and beard packages. BARBERLlab is an ideal place for regular grooming as well as a quick refresh during the working day. The new barbershop is located on the ground floor of the building, in the entrance hall opposite the reception desk, next to the bistro. Ahead of the start of the 2025/2026 academic year, we completed the renovation of the study room on the 19th floor of the TVM TOWER building. The space has been modernised to provide students with a comfortable, inspiring and multifunctional environment for studying and relaxation. As part of the renovation, the wooden floor was refurbished and new tables and chairs were installed. The space has also been equipped with table tennis tables and a dedicated relaxation area. Raised tables were added to allow students to enjoy unique views from the 19th floor over the surrounding landscape, including the Modřany Valley and the Komořany area. Students use the study room not only for studying but also for relaxation and socialising, making it a natural meeting point and a place for building new friendships. In the future, we plan to organise regular student gatherings in this space to support students, especially those from abroad, with their adaptation and everyday challenges in a new environment. We believe that the renovated study room will contribute to a more pleasant atmosphere in the TVM TOWER building and become a popular place for studying and social interaction.
