TVM Tower offers affordable accommodation in Prague in two-room apartments. Each apartment has its own bathroom and toilet. Shared rooms are available as double and triple rooms. Each apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. The accommodation is suitable for workers, students, and long-term stays.

The price varies depending on the room type and mainly the length of stay. We offer competitive rates for long-term accommodation and larger groups in Prague. Please contact us for the current price list.

Yes, we specialize in long-term accommodation for companies as well as individuals. We offer stable and affordable housing in Prague. We can offer corporate clients accommodation in the form of individual beds, entire apartments, or even whole floors of the building.

Yes, rooms are equipped with beds, storage space, and basic furniture. Guests can also use shared kitchens and sanitary facilities.

No, we generally do not require a deposit. However, the reserved stay must be paid in advance. For long-term stays, one month’s rent is required in advance.

An exception applies to student accommodation, where a deposit of CZK 2,000–5,000 may be required depending on the length of stay.

The accommodation is ideal for workers, agency employees, students, and individuals looking for affordable and safe housing in Prague.

Guests are required to follow the accommodation rules, especially regarding quiet hours, cleanliness, and respect for other residents.

Parking is available near the building depending on current availability. There are no parking zones nearby, so parking is free of charge, but it cannot be reserved in advance. Currently, we do not have a private parking facility.

The nearest bus stop is Labe (lines 117, 139, 150, 157, 910). Nearby is also Družná stop (line 190 to Metro B – Smíchovské nádraží).

Check-in starts at 2:00 PM. Early check-in may be possible upon agreement. Reception is available 24/7.

Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Late check-out possible upon agreement.

Shared laundry available. Cost: CZK 1 per minute. Linen is changed every 14 days (long stays).

Common areas cleaned daily. Apartments up to 3x weekly. Premium floors daily.

Beds, chairs, table, wardrobes, bed linen. Premium rooms include towels and toiletries.

Limited and not suitable for wheelchair users due to door width and steps.

Coffee machine and bistro (Mon–Fri 8:00–14:00). Breakfast for groups available.
