TVM provides accommodation to international and domestic clients:
- beds, wardrobes, fridge, two study places, shelves
- newly renovated apartments
- 1 apt. = 2 furnished rooms (2 + 3 beds)
- layout: double and triple room, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet, hall for 2 rooms
- equipment: 1 refrigerator, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet, hall for 2 rooms
- on floor 1 fully equipped shared kitchen and student club for study
- free high speed WI-FI
- laundry, drying room and luggage storage
- bed linen change (1x in 14 days)
- Regular cleaning every week
- non-stop security service and security camera system
- reception services in Czech or English
Equipment
KITCHEN: Each floor has its own shared kitchen equipped with utensils, basic appliances, including several cooking centers. The kitchen is adjacent to a smaller dining room. It is possible to prepare meals at any time of the day without disturbing your roommates.
LAUNDRY: Our guests have the opportunity to use the laundry service or wash their clothes in the laundry room, which is also accessible throughout the day.
SECURITY: The building is guarded by a security agency throughout the day.

AVAILABILITY: We have ideal transport accessibility: bus, direct connection to metro C (Kačerov), including proximity to the Prague ring road or Strakonická.
LOCATION: Near the resort there are excellent civic amenities: supermarket, post office, pharmacy, doctor, rehabilitation, restaurants, bike paths, Modřanská ravine.

Accommodation confirmation for your visa
We provide assistance to students in the visa process. We will issue a confirmation of accommodation in order to obtain an entry visa to the Czech Republic for those interested in accommodation in the TVM Tower student dormitories.
COVID crisis plan
In the TVM Tower building, special isolation and quarantine rooms can be used for quarantine stays in accordance with the hygienic regulations of the Czech government. For an additional fee, we provide food, medicine and above-standard cleaning services.
Types and price list of accommodation
Accommodation can be used by individuals and groups of students. We can also provide favorable offers and services for student groups from the Erasmus program. Contact us, we will be happy to prepare an individual plan for you.

Two-room apartments (2+3 beds)
The accommodation in apartment for 5 people, which consists of two rooms (2+3 bed), a common hall, bathroom with toilet and refrigerator.
