Student Benefits

When making a reservation, you pay only a 50% deposit, which is non-refundable. However, we will be happy to reschedule your reservation if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival at the reception, which is available 24/7.

For international students, we can issue a confirmation of arranged accommodation upon request. The confirmation will be issued within 3 business days after the reservation deposit has been paid. House rules apply within the building and its surroundings and can be found HERE.

Types and Prices of Accommodation

Each apartment consists of two fully furnished rooms equipped with everything needed for comfortable studying – beds, wardrobes, refrigerator, two study desks, and shelves. Rooms share a bathroom, toilet, and hallway.
